I’d like to see this with a line added that depicts the hassle/profit decision making moment… a moment with which I am pretty familiar :)

This is perfect. I’m going to turn this into a poster for our office so we’ll always remember to demand respect from our customers regardless of how much money the account is worth.

This just made my day. I just finished with one hell of a client and was soooo angry. Now I feel soooo much better!
